Product Structure
The WTP-M integral ceramic pipe is manufactured by prefabricating high-purity ceramic pipelines using isostatic pressing technology, which are then cast inside steel pipes to form a composite structure. Unlike ceramic-lined pipes produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) centrifugal casting, the ceramic lining layer of this product undergoes integral sintering at 1700°C, achieving a qualitative leap in density, hardness, and wear resistance. Its service life exceeds that of SHS-produced pipes by more than 10 times.
Operating Temperature
-50℃~1000℃
Applicable Media
Solid particles/powders: e.g., pulverized coal, furnace ash, mineral powder, et
Slurries: e.g., coal slurry, coal slime, slag, molten aluminum, et
Application Scope
Widely used in anti-wear applications for gas-solid and liquid-solid transportation systems across industries such as metallurgy, mining, power generation, coal, petrochemicals, etc. It is particularly suitable for scenarios with severe wear and corrosion. Examples include: Transportation of limestone slurry in thermal power plant desulfurization systems; Ore slurry conveyance in the mineral processing industry; Handling highly corrosive slurries in the chemical industry.
