Product Structure:


The WT-W welded product is a German technology introduced by WestTop to address wear protection in high-temperature pneumatic conveying system equipment. Its primary structure involves welding wear-resistant ceramics onto the inner walls of the equipment using advanced stud welding technology, forming a robust anti-wear layer.

Performance Characteristics

With a Vickers hardness of up to 1800, it is used for powder t

ransportation, offering 20 times the wear resistance of ordinary carbon steel.

Each ceramic piece is welded to the bottom steel plate with high-strength, wear-resistant bolts, ensuring the ceramic remains intact even under harsh working conditions.
