Ceramic Valve structure

The main material of the valve has excellent chemical properties and mechanical properties. The three-section structure design of the shell has a strong shape and beautiful appearance. The surface of the valve stem is subjected to anti-corrosion nitriding or quenching and tempering treatment to ensure that the valve stem has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The built-in buffer compensation elastic washer ensures stable and good sealing. And in the medium containing impurities, it is not easy to jam and cause the ball to break. The contact surface of the valve ball and seat is finely processed, so that the ball is closely combined with the inner R and outer R of the seat. The ball circle has high precision, good surface quality, light torque of the whole valve, small resistance and zero leakage of sealing.
