Product Structure
WT-P adhesive-backed products utilize high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive to bond wear-resistant ceramic sheets onto equipment. They are widely adopted due to their convenient and rapid installation, as well as high cost-pe
rformance ratio.
Optional materials
Ceramics: STC Wear-Resistant Ceramics / ZTA Zirconia-Toughened Alumina Ceramics
Viscose: WTV-200/WTV-300
Usage temperature:
Below 300°C
Applicable medium:
Solid powdery particles such as coal powder, limestone, clinker, cement, etc., and slurries such as furnace ash, slag, gypsum, limestone, etc.
Scope of application:
Applicable to wear protection in powder conveying or pulverizing system equipment; also suitable for slurry pipeline wear protection. Examples include coal powder pipelines, classifiers, separators, cyclone barrels, etc.
Common specifications:
Thickness 2/5/7/10/15mm
Performance Characteristics
Ultra wear-resistant:
Vickers hardness up to 1800, used for powder conveying, with wear resistance 20 times that of ordina
ry carbon steel.
Strong adhesion:
The WTV series adhesive used features high bonding strength, excellent toughness, heat resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its thermal expansion coefficient lies between that of steel and ceramics. The unique flexible fibers effectively mitigate
the compression stress on ceramics caused by the thermal expansion mismatch between ceramics and steel, ensuring long-term adhesion of ceramics even in harsh environments.
