At present, most of the ceramic anti-wear process for the impeller is pasting. Because the adhesive strength of the adhesive decreases sharply at high temperature, and the impeller speed is high, the linear speed is large ( usually greater than 120m / s ), so this type of ceramic anti-wear impeller can only be applied to low temperature working environment, and its working stability is poor, the safety is not reliable. Moreover, this process cannot effectively protect the blade inlet and blade root where the impeller wear is more serious, and the use effect is greatly reduced.
