PRODUCT INTRODUCTION


The powder transportation of modern industrial enterprises is basically carried out by closed pipelines, and the fan is an important equipment as a power source. However, as a consumable part, the fan impeller generally has serious wear problems. If it is not repaired in time, it is easy to cause the bearing bush to burn out, and even cause major accidents such as blade fracture and runaway, which seriously affects the system safety and economic benefits.

The traditional blade surface anti-wear process is mainly wear-resistant surfacing. Due to the instantaneous high temperature of the working face during the construction process, the thermal stress and deformation problems of the impeller are difficult to overcome.

In recent years, the application of
wear resistant ceramics with higher hardness to fan impellers is a hot topic. However, it is not a simple process to install wear-resistant ceramics on the impeller of high-speed running fan. It is not only to overcome the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation of ceramics, but also to overcome the influence of temperature, humidity and corrosion on ceramics and viscose. In addition, aerodynamics and tribology theory are also involved. It can be said that the application of wear-resistant ceramics in fan impeller represents the advanced technology level of wear-resistant ceramic application in our company.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS


    Wear resistance increased several times   
The fan impeller is a typical low incidence angle wear. In this condition, the ceramic has higher wear resistance, which is several times higher than that of the wear-resistant surfacing material.


    Maintain the original structure of the impeller   

Compared with the thermal stress and deformation of the impeller caused by the hot process such as surface surfacing and thermal spraying, the wear-resistant ceramic installation belongs to the cold anti-wear, which basically does not affect the original structure of the impeller ;


    Reduces impeller weight and lowers energy consumption   

The ceramic density is only equivalent to 1 / 3 of the wear-resistant surfacing. Compared with the wear-resistant surfacing, the weight gain is smaller, the equipment load is reduced, and the bearing life is prolonged.


    Ceramic installation is strong, safe and reliable operation   

At present, most of the ceramic anti-wear process for the impeller is pasting. This process mainly uses organic or inorganic adhesives to bond the wear-resistant engineering ceramic blocks to the blades of the impeller and the middle ( rear ) discs. Because the adhesive strength of the adhesive decreases sharply at high temperature, and the impeller speed is high, the linear speed is large ( usually greater than 120m / s ), so this type of ceramic anti-wear impeller can only be applied to low temperature working environment, and its working stability is poor, the safety is not reliable. Moreover, this process cannot effectively protect the blade inlet and blade root where the impeller wear is more serious, and the use effect is greatly reduced.

Westtop adopts the special structure of the company, and uses the mechanical principle to embed the dovetail ceramics into the steel dovetail sticks welded on the blades. At the same time, it cooperates with the high temperature resistant inorganic adhesive to realize the double protection of machinery and viscose. The special streamlined ceramic parts, clever use of centrifugal force when the impeller rotates to prevent the ceramic components from falling off at the inlet of the blade, the angle of the erosion angle is greatly reduced to disperse the impact energy of the high-speed solid particles, thus significantly improving the erosion resistance of the blade inlet end.
